The Customer Care Plan is our way of offering our customers annual savings while continuing to provide excellent service. For only $19 a month, we offer multiple ways to better your home and prevent potential issues.

What we offer

• 2 Complimentary drain cleanings via cleanout or trap access (no rain drains)
• Annual sewer, plumbing, and electrical inspections with detailed reports.
• Annual Drain treatment with enzymatic cleaner.
• Priority Dispatch
• Flat 5% Discount on all repairs excluding; 
  • Plumbing: Water services, repipes, and sewer replacement
  • Electrical: Panel/service replacements, and whole home re-wire.

Important Stuff to Know

Term

This agreement is for a one-year term and will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms unless the customer provides written notice 30 days in advance of the renewal date. The customer is not entitled to a refund on early termination except as provided in the cancellation below.

 

Customer’s Right to Cancel

Customers may cancel their agreement by e-mailing a written notice to 3 Mountains Plumbing at office@3mountainsplumbing.com before midnight of the third business day after signing this agreement. In the event that the customer decides to cancel his agreement before the 1-year term noted above is completed, the customer agrees to repay 3 Mountains Plumbing for the discounts received as a result of this plan. 

 

Transfer

This Customer Care Plan is transferable to a new house if the customer moves or to the new owner at this location if the property is sold. The customer must provide 3 Mountains Plumbing with written notice by emailing office@3mountainsplumbing.com to transfer the Care Plan.
