We’re seeking Drain Technicians dedicated to helping our growing company live this identity – day in and day out – for our customers and employees alike.
As a Drain Technician, you’ll be on the front line with our customers, delivering friendly and professional service clearing drains.
We are a locally owned and operated residential service plumbing shop, with over 18 years of success in the Portland area.
Drain Tech Responsibilities
- Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to build relationships with our customers.
- Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable.
- Request support from camera team for blocked mainlines.
- Work alongside our customer care and camera teams to ensure overall success of the business.
- Protect drain cleaning equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and attend weekly morning meetings.
Drain Tech Job Requirements
