Step 1: Need

Any plumbing issue is a discouraging situation – we get it. Our Customer Care Team wants to speak with you. While a plumbing problem may feel overwhelming to you, we tackle these issues every day. Call us, we can help.

Step 2: Connect

We often speak to customers who are confused, discouraged, and under a lot of stress. When our Customer Care Team speaks with you, they ask follow-up questions to better understand what you’re seeing and experiencing, and ensure we get the right team member to your home. Emergencies occur regularly, and we schedule to accommodate them. As such, rather than give you a specific time window, we’ll schedule your appointment for a particular day and will be in touch on the day off with updates on when you can expect your technician to arrive.

Step 3: Home Visit

We will confirm your appointment the night before, and keep in touch with updates throughout the day. We only provide onsite assessments because it is nearly impossible to diagnose the issue without seeing it. For a small $30 service charge, you have a clear understanding of the issue and options to resolve it.

Step 4: Choice

There are several ways to solve a problem. We believe options empower you to make the best decision for your family and budget. Our technician will provide you with several options to resolve your issue and help you navigate which is right for you. We want you to be excited about your solution, so we never start work without your approval.

Step 5: Solution

Fixed pricing means we never cut corners or take the easy way out. We always follow through, and if it takes us longer to get it done right, that’s on us. We commit to high standards and offer warranties on our work. In some cases, completion of the work requires an inspection by the City — a non-negotiable, because we always do business the right way.
