Gave estimate and completed work the same day. Very happy: clogged sink drain is no fun

Grateful that someone could come out and everything was fixed within an hour of assessing the problem.

We had 3 Mountains Plumbing come out to do a consultation for a potential broken water shutoff valve, among other things. Arin and their partner were timely, knowledgeable, and empathetic. We appreciate the honesty they gave us when it came to both our immediate problem, as well as potential long-term problems we need fixed. I trust that they are going to do a good job and I'm hoping we can use them for future work we need. We also appreciate the inclusiveness the company appears to have. They appear to be LGBTQIA2S+ positive, which warms my heart. I'm glad that people are able to be their whole truselves with the company, which definitely isn't guaranteed everywhere. Tony called ahead of time to let me know his arrival time which was spot on. My drains were not clogged bit they needed a good cleaning. Tony helped me make the best decision for my house. He showed me his work and how dirty the drains were. 3 mountains plumbing did an exceptional job and I trust them to be honest and do good work. Thank you!!!!

Woke up this morning to sewage back flowing into my laundry room. Was referred to 3mountains plumbing by my regular plumber. The office phone was answered promptly. An appointment for this morning was scheduled. The text message I received conferring my appointment and showed me a picture of whom to expect, Leighton. Leighton kept me informed during the entire project. I appreciated his skills at getting my job done quickly and cleaning up at the completion.

3 Mountains Plumbing is fantastic! I have used them in the past to replace my main waterline. Their customer service was outstanding then and today. Today, Michael H. Was dispatched out to check out a slow running kitchen sink and flush our water heater, he was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to chat with so early in the morning! Thomas arrived on time, assessed the situation under my kitchen sink. He was professional, friendly and courteous. He offered helpful recommendations to resolve my problem. Although, no work was performed, I was impressed by Thomas' straightforward advice to enable me to go forward. His actions make me want to rely on 3 Mountains Plumbing in the future.
