We had these guys come and inspect our newly purchased home, & to give us a rundown of it’s status, our options, and estimates. Paul and Jean Marc were great, and really were outstanding as a team. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure the feedback they were about to provide was accurate. They were polite, hard working, very thorough, but most importantly honest. I never felt like they were pushing further service on us. They understood our financial restrictions and gave us several options for pricing, as well as how long we could likely hold out. Being first time home buyers who already surpassed our budget, it was a relief to know we could take some time to build our nest egg back up. I’d also like to mention how polite and patient they were. After my wife came home as they were about to leave, they were more than happy to run through everything again with her. We’ll be getting our work done with them this year, and couldn’t feel better about it.

These guys are great - responsiveness, quality of work, and customer service. I’ve hired a lot of plumbers over the years, some were okay, some I wondered if they were just trying to charge me more and some left me concerned on who I let into my house. 3 Mountains Plumbing was great from call through the job all the way through to completion. We had multiple drains in our house backup on a weekend - I didn’t know if I could get anyone who would be available, do good work and not rip me off. After talking to the dispatcher, Cody and Derrick called when they were on the way to our house. When they showed up they were polite and friendly - explaining what their roles were and what they needed access to. They put on boot covers so they didn’t get our house dirty and left our place cleaner than it was when they showed up. They unclogged our drains, which included sending a camera (they sent me the videos) through pipes inside the house as well as through the sewer mainline. They informed me that the main line had been replaced in the early 80s, it was ABS and in great condition. They pointed out some potential issues that might have led to the drains clogging and when I asked for a quote they took a video to have one of the plumbers on their team review it. The price was reasonable and a great value for the service given. They earned a customer for life.

We had been trying to get multiple different repairmen to come replace our dishwasher for many months, without any luck. Nathaniel arrived and within two hours, we once again have a working machine to wash our dishes, which is nice with three kids and two full-time jobs! He also was very nice and cleaned up a mess left by a previous repairman. So happy right now.

Kay, Derrick, Edgar and Kayne were rockstars in getting my sewer line repaired. They provided clear and consistent communication with me about the progress of the repair and went above and beyond to restore the landscaping to a better state than had existed prior to the repair. They also located an issue where my sewer line meets the city's main sewer line and guided me on how to contact the City to get that issue fixed through its public works department. Overall, I had a very positive experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing.

I would not hesitate to recommend 3MP to friends and neighbors. They were polite and professional and able to respond the same day to replace my leaking hot water heater. Nate did a great job of replacing my water heater taking time to familiarize me with it's features and service plan. It was a pleasure to have a job that no one looks forward to completed by such a competent, professional and polite team.

I can not say enough about the wonderful service I received. Steve Buck was the journeyman plumber who came to my house. I’ve never needed a plumbing service before. I was intimidated by just the thought of the process. Steve Buck is fantastically polite and thoughtful, he is very thorough and obviously experienced, he made me feel comfortable asking questions and really turned my day around by being able to fix my plumbing issue on the spot. I will never use another plumbing service. I’m signing up to be a member of the care plan and to receive the annual service. Honestly, Steve is one of the best servicemen I’ve ever interacted with. I feel lucky and blessed to have had his help.
