  • 18 Years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Role Overview:

As a member of our customer care team, you are at the beginning of the customer’s journey with us, and your first impression sets the stage for our relationship. You book service appointments, gather customer concerns, and do whatever is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you prefer a job where every day is the same, and you’re provided a list of steps to take, this isn’t for you. We offer a role where you’ll learn something new every day. You’ll work with a team of Customer Care Representatives, Dispatchers, office team members, and technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Nuts and Bolts
  • Be delightful in all interactions with customers and our internal team.
  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Accurately and efficiently book customer appointments.
  • Use resources to solve problems. Sometimes, you won’t know the right answer, but you like the challenge of leveraging your resources to find the correct response.

Requirements:

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Role Overview:
We service residential homeowners in the Portland metro Area. We focus on electrical service and repair and have an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction. We have a fully staffed plumbing, drain, camera, excavation, and a talented office team to support you.

Tasks:
  • Inspect, repair, install, service, and maintain electrical systems for homeowners.
  • Observes and complies with federal, state, and local electrical codes.
  • Establish customer rapport so you can educate and assist customers in choosing the best option to repair or replace their electrical systems. Follow 3 Mountains service processes.
  • Perform work to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
  • Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue and sales goals.
  • Work alongside the customer care team, dispatch, and install crew to ensure the business’s overall success. Complete thorough notes and paperwork for the office team.
  • Show up! Attendance matters. Your team is counting on you.
Requirements:
  • 18 Years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Active Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Oregon.
  • Willing to follow all local and company safety regulations.
  • Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours a day.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
